Refund

Wecey have a 7 days return policy. Once you receive the order then you have 7 days to raise a return the product. You have to send the product in the same condition as you received. 

Once you decide to return then you can call on +91-9555942996 or write us ar care@wecey.com. Once wecey team accept your request then team will do followup and take the required action of return. In the meanwhile if you have any query you can write us on care@wecey.com.

Note: We try out best to knot every product in way that you love.


 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

While refund we do 100% refund we don't take any charges for all these process.

 

Cancellation of order 

You can cancel your order before we ship the same. But after shipping you have facility to return so you can go with that process as well. To cancel you order you can call us or write us on care@wecey.com along with your order number. Refund will be initiated in the same way of refund policy.
